The named device license of Field2Base Mobile Forms TM software that is installed on an approved mobile device, used by the customer’s employees to fill out their specific, custom forms electronically.

Data Integration Module (DIM) – Delivers form data to existing IT systems (takes data from the mobile form and delivers it to a customer’s internal database system)
Enterprise Dispatch Module (EDM) – Delivers work order data to Field2Base enabled devices (Pushes pre-filled forms to a device for service field workers to more quickly and accurately exchange information)
Data Upload Utility (DUU) – Synchronizes form “Drop Down Lists” with Corporate IT system(s) – Allows accurate, timely information to field service employees in real-time and stay synchronous with their internal database values.
Forms Designer – The client application that allows the F2B Admin to create custom forms for their organizations
Hosted Software List
Enterprise license of Field2Base supporting software installed on Field2Base cloud-based software and accessed by clients via approved web portals.
Data Delivery Module (DDM) – Converts forms into Image/PDF files and delivers as an email. Allows companies to take existing forms and convert for use in Field2Base Forms Designer as an active, living form for mobile delivery.
Work Flow Module (WFM) – Allows authorized users to view/edit/approve submitted forms by field service employees to automate the workflow approval process specific to the company’s defined policies.
Data Management Module (DMM) Software – Online database for storing and retrieving submitted forms. Holds the submitted forms for a minimum of 90 days allowing access to the customers to grab and store the information in their own internal databases.
Admin Portal – Web based portal that allows authorized users to remotely manage Field2Base user profiles. The internal and Web Admin user interface that manages forms, users, devices, and more. **No longer called Web Admin, this is Admin Portal or F2B Admin Portal**
Android - End forms users on Android devices using Field2Base Application to complete their company's forms, such as Samsung Galaxy, etc.
Apple - End forms users on Apple devices using Field2Base Application to complete their company's forms, such as iPad and iPhone
Web App - End forms users on their laptop or desktop Browsers using Field2Base Application to complete their company's forms such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge
Windows - End forms users on Windows devices using Field2Base Application to complete their company's forms such as Fujitsu
Region - The defined field on a form that allows the end user to capture and store data. The Forms Designer application allows a customer to draw regions on their existing form image and define each region type, set a default value, set as required, define for analytics, and more.
Work Order - The functionality that allows a work order to be pre-filled with information prior to dispatching. Formerly called PreFills.
Quick Copy - The functionality that takes previously completed information from a sent from and populates that information into a new form. Users can quickly pre-populate a new form using Quick Copy then make changes as needed before submitting the form.
Folders - Forms are published to specific Folders, and end-users are given access to folder(s) as needed. Used when a company has multiple groups of Field2Base Users with different forms per department or geographic area. Formerly called Projects.
