Our goal is to help you transition to our software platform with simplicity and understanding. This is facilitated through our New Customer On-boarding Process, which is divided into 3 steps; Setup, Design, and Deployment. Luckily, a member of the Professional Services Team guides you through this process. After finalizing your contract, one of our Technical Implementation Engineers is assigned to help you achieve success with your Field2Base solution.

Please click on the New Company Information and Billing Information buttons below and fill out all of the required information to submit your setup information to Field2Base.
Setup involves creating a corporate account, defining account access and establishing a billing profile. This step takes 48 hours once your Field2Base Technical Implementation Engineer has received your information.
Field2Base creates a corporate account for you in our secure cloud environment using the provided information. The account include a unique Company ID provided to you via email during the setup process. You will also be provided with a link to the Field2Base Admin Portal which allows you to manage your account going forward.
Authorized Account Access
Field2Base wants to ensure your account privacy and protection. Only authorized account administrators may add/remove licenses, modify devices and interact with Field2Base implementation and support personnel. Please indicate which of your employees should be listed as authorized Field2Base Account Administrators.
Field2Base billing is simple and digital. All Field2Base invoices are sent via email. Field2Base sends out invoices at the beginning of each month for the current month of service. For example, if you signed up for service on January 10th, you will receive your first invoice from us on February 1st and it will be for the month of February. Field2Base does not pro-rate services and all billing terms are net 30 days.
Creating Your First Form
Creating your first form can seem like a daunting task, but Field2Base offers many resources to guide you through it. The Forms Designer Quick Start Guide is a good place to start. You can also email or call your Technical Implementation Engineer for additional guidance. Field2Base is here to ensure you get the most our of our products and services.

Once your account is set up in our system, you will receive an email with your company ID, Username and Password. You can use these to log in to the Field2Base Admin Portal. See the article, Admin Portal Quick Start Guide, for more information on how to use all of the features available.
After you have built your first form and your mobile hardware has arrived, install and activate the Field2Base Mobile Forms™ application on each device. To do this, add your mobile devices to your account in the Admin Portal. See the article, Managing Licenses and Devices, for more information on licenses and devices.
