Quickly access your QuickBooks™ parts, services, and price lists as drop-down menus on your Form |
Invoice Numbers |
Unique invoice numbers are automatically generated in the Field2Base platform and can be shared with QuickBooks™ via forms submission |
Invoice Creation |
Upon submission and approval, your Form automatically imports into QuickBooks™ and an automatic invoice is generated |
Payments |
Any payments collected in the field, via Field2Base Credit Card Processing, will be automatically applied to the newly generated invoice in QuickBooks™ |
