When a Windows device gets out of sync with the server, it can become "stuck" and that device will not get back in sync until someone from Field2Base unsticks it. This guide will show you how to do this process. You will need to get the Activation ID of the device to Unstick it. Alternatively, you can get search by the Tablet ID by clicking the Details button. For this purpose, we will search by the Activation ID.
1. Go to Admin / Licenses and Devices.
2. Search for the tablet using the Show/Hide Filter button.
3. Copy (Ctrl + c) the Activation ID.
4. Go to Support / Stuck Tablet Report.
5. Click on the Show/Hide Filter button.
6. Paste (Ctrl + v) the Activation ID in the Tablet Serial field.
7. On the far right side of the Tablet, click on the Unstick button.
