Field2Base offers technical support to the Field2Base administrator(s) identified by your company. End users are encouraged to contact their company's F2B Admin directly, and the F2B Admin can contact us on their behalf as necessary.
Our Field2Base Technical Support Team is available 9:00am to 5:00pm (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday. Our phone number is 919-462-8500 ext.2 or you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively, you can create a case after logging into the Help Center. Click on Submit a Request at the top right of the page, to the left of your name.
You can then fill out a Support Incident form which automatically creates a ticket for our support team.
