Field2Base experiencing an issue with performance and system availability. We took the system offline from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm EDT, with limited to no access to the Admin Portal.
Performance has returned to normal response times.
Here are a few more details of the recent events.
One of the main servers in our cluster environment was experiencing a heavy load. This impacted the performance and response times for Admin Portal, Integration activities, and Mobile Forms when retrieving sent forms or accessing remote data. The heavy traffic was caused by several factors, including multiple mobile device types (Windows/Android/iOS), specific jobs running in conjunction with some customers sending in a large volume of pre-fill forms, and overall traffic increases. The Dev team worked with the data center to relieve the traffic load by moving some processes and customers to different servers and adjusting the time of the jobs scheduled to run.
At this time, we are confident the system performance issues are addressed more completely.
