We will be taking our servers offline on Tuesday, June 12th from 9:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. EDT in preparation of our latest Portal 06.12.2018 upgrade.
Users accessing the Admin portal will be presented with a Maintenance page. Users accessing the mobile applications will not experience any interruption in service.

Please be advised all Field2Base servers will be periodically taken offline for our monthly server maintenance. The downtime period for May will take place on Saturday, June 16th from 11:59 p.m. to 1:59 a.m. EDT.
Our system will be offline during each specified maintenance period until completed. The F2B application on your Company’s Devices will continue to be functional, except message delivery. Please note nothing will be lost, only delayed during this time.
All other F2B applications using the Internet as an interface (Web Admin, Data Integration Module service, Enterprise Dispatch Module service, Data Upload Utility service, PreFill Web Service, Online Docs, and Workflow service) will not be accessible either. Forms Designer can be used on your PC, but no Forms can be published to the server. As always, Mobile Forms apps will remain available to end users, with syncing paused during the maintenance window.
If you've setup the Integration Suite Alert System to send e-mail notifications, we recommended you stop the appropriate service(s) prior to this maintenance period to prevent unnecessary e-mail alerts.
