This article describes the process for users to see if their completed forms were successfully delivered from the mobile device to the Field2Base secure cloud.
As you know, the Mobile Forms™ app has the ability to work disconnected. When no connectivity is present, you can still complete and “submit” your digital forms, but they will remain on the device until connectivity is established.
Checking the Form Submission Status
All completed forms are saved to the “Sent Forms” section of Mobile Forms™ app.
- Click on the More button to see your complete list of Sent Forms.
You may not see all (or any) of your previously submitted forms. Your company administrator can configure the length of time that submitted forms are stored on the device.
- View the submission status located under each submitted form.
A status of Completed means your form was successfully delivered from the mobile device to the Field2Base secure cloud.
A status of Uploading means the form has not yet been delivered to the Field2Base secure cloud. Typically, this is related to a connectivity issue. You should ensure that your device is properly connected to the internet.
