A Basic Workflow adds an approval step when a Form is sent from a Mobile Device, allowing it to be edited then approved/rejected/re-assigned. This training session is intended for Mobile Forms Administrators and/or Workflow Administrators who will be creating Basic Workflows and training their Company's Users on how to access their Queues in Workflow.
After completing this training, you should be able to:
- Train your Company's Users on how to access their Queues and the actions available to them in Workflow
- Create a Basic Workflow
- Manage your Company's Basic WF Approval Group and Basic WF Recipient Group
- Understand the difference between the Basic WF Recipient Group and Mandatory Recipients for a Form
- Have a general understanding of options available in Custom Workflows
